In his presentation, Conrad will share his personal injury story and connect it to key safety leadership concepts, and the role different people play in enabling frontline safety.

Conrad Wansbrough

Conrad Wansbrough is The Director of One Safe Tasmania, a free statewide workplace health and safety support service for small and medium-sized businesses which is funded by the WorkCover Board of Tasmania. Conrad is an experienced safety leader and a graduate of from Griffith University Safety Science Innovation Lab, who combines expertise in safety methodologies with hands-on experience across high-risk industries including offshore oil and gas, construction, maritime operations, remote fieldwork, and major infrastructure projects. His career has taken him from frontline operational roles through to senior client-side safety leadership. Conrad communicates safety in a way that fosters authentic, empathetic, and care-based safety cultures.
