Dr Adam Nebbs is a psychosocial risk governance specialist and founder of PRIME Workplace Strategies, an independent consultancy supporting organisations to build systems-informed, regulatory-ready approaches to psychological health and safety.
A Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Tasmania, Adam's doctoral and applied research spans psychosocial risk governance, implementation science, and ISO 45003 — the international standard for psychological health and safety at work. His peer-reviewed work, published in Safety Science, examined ISO 45003 implementation across six Australian organisations, translating research into practical insight for regulators, practitioners, and leaders.
With nine years of frontline leadership experience and a track record of working with government, utilities, and professional bodies across Tasmania and nationally, Adam bridges regulatory obligation and organisational reality.
